Launch AR (Augmented Reality) on Buncee's iOS App

Augmented Reality, or AR is available on the Buncee iOS app*! Add a fun Buncee twist to your world as you bring your story to life! Record a video message, and add stickers, animations, and more. Check out the video below to learn more: 



Step 1:
To get started with a new Buncee, tap the plus sign to create, then choose Buncee 3.0. 

 

Step 2: 
Tap the plus sign to access the media palette.

Step 3: 
Tap the AR button to begin your AR creation.

Step 4: 
Make sure your camera is enabled, then hold up your device to show your preferred scene. Be sure to stay aware of your surroundings, and only use AR where it is safe to do so. There will be a Buncee flag, indicating where your items will go when you add them in.

Step 5:
Tap on the red buttons to add stickers, emojis, animations, or messages to your creation. You can then search in the search bar, or browse the categories to find items to add.

Step 6: 
Tap on an item you want to add it to your AR creation. You can then tap and drag the item to move it, change size, and delete the item if needed.


Step 7: 

When you're done with your scene, tap the camera button to take a photo or video of your AR creation. If recording, tap the record button again to stop recording.

Step 8: 
When you're done, you can save your photo or video to your device, or add it to your Buncee. In preview mode in Buncee, you can tap the play button to play any videos.

*Please note that some older iPads do not support AR functionality. Here is a list of devices that currently support AR:
