If you or your students are having issues with recording, chances are that the microphone hasn't been enabled, or you previously disallowed Buncee or edu.buncee.com the access to your mic.
In order to record, you will need to enable the access in your Google Chrome settings.
Follow these steps to allow or re-enable the access:
1. When you click on audio and then record for the first time, when prompted by the browser, click 'Allow' to allow Chrome to use your microphone.
This only needs to be done once. After allowing, you will be able to record.
If you don't see the above prompt, then you have previously disallowed the access.
2. To re-enable the access, click on the camera icon within the URL bar, and select the first option to allow Buncee to access your camera and microphone. Click 'Done' to save.
3. If you don't see the camera icon, you can also look for the lock icon on the left side of the URL bar. Click on the drop-down menus and select 'Allow'.
